Stafford (Staff) Ouderkirk is the President and a Senior Project Manager at Teksouth Corporation. Staff has served in a leadership role with the company since 2001, leading Teksouth’s DoD and Federal Government initiatives in the National Capital Region (NCR). He continues to guide this business segment in his most recent appointment as president of Teksouth. Staff manages Teksouth’s development and deployment of internet-based financial management and decision support systems for the U.S. Air Force. He is a senior advisor for FM and system planning and modernization. Staff brings more than 30 years of financial management systems and executive experience. His background includes service as a senior executive, military officer, and pilot in high-tempo headquarters environments. Staff has held leadership positions at the Pentagon, major commands, Air Force wings, and squadron levels. His broad experience in financial management and analysis gives Teksouth outstanding leadership and experience in fields critical to supporting the war fighter and managing vital U.S. government financial interests. Staff’s experience extends across many areas of expertise, including financial management and analysis, human resources management, team building and coordination, accessions/recruiting, classification, training, policy development, organizational change, strategic planning, and work force diversity. Staff holds a B.A. in aeronautical science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. |
