Chris Somers is the Technical Director for Teksouth Corporation. Chris plans, manages, and directs Teksouth’s high technology programs. He also plays an instrumental engineering role in the design, development, and implementation of Teksouth data warehouses and decision support systems. Chris regularly contributes his expertise to the development team for use in their program activities. Chris also coordinates systems, quality assurance assessments, and documentation projects related to Teksouth’s development and implementation of front-end query tools and financial management data warehouses. He conducts vital systems migration management and planning, and assesses individual contract performance. Chris contributes more than 20 years of experience in high technology engineering and management of technical resources. His work at Teksouth includes leading the company’s technical team in developing various systems including a pay and collection voucher database for the U.S. Air Force, as well as a criminal records image database. His experience also includes leading in the design and development of several of Teksouth’s commercial applications. Chris possesses design and management experience that brings unique talents and quality to the Teksouth organization. In his role as Technical Director at Teksouth, he brings innovative thinking and tested techniques to the management of the Teksouth technical department. The combination of Chris’ knowledge of development and the company’s business goals adds to Teksouth’s overall ability to provide cutting edge technology to its customer base. Chris holds a B.S. in mathematics from Concordia University. |
