All Teksouth Corporation Enterprise Consulting projects are conducted using an Agile Program Management philosophy and methodology known as “i-TEC.” Our methodology applies to the current solicitation in the following ways:
- Many Teksouth projects last a maximum of six months. Teksouth provides a virtual project portal that clients can utilize to track project status. All project requirements are defined and tracked electronically and associated with tasks and milestones in the project work plan.
- All technical development is supported with unique documentation and engineering diagrams pertinent to the nature of the project (this ensures that all work is thoroughly understood and could be handed off if necessary).
- Teksouth understands that end users and stakeholders are critical to the success of any solution and we will try to contact where possible subject matter experts rather than relying entirely upon research or past experience.
- Teksouth builds Risk Management into every engagement, starting with the proposal and following through to the final report.
